Batch Graphic Creation
After mastering batch video creation, let’s dive into batch graphic production. We’ll continue using the book review example. Before starting, it’s important to understand which types of graphic content can be templated and mass-produced.
For instance, take this book review graphic post with 13,000 likes. If you look closely, each page has the same format—only the text changes. This is the perfect type of content for batch creation using a single template.
First, in Feishu, create a new multi-dimensional table and name the first column “Book Title.”
In this column, list the books you want to feature.
Rename the second column to “Book Quotes,” then click “Modify Field.”
Under the “Explore Field Shortcut,” click on DeepSeek R1, and a configuration window will appear.
For the command content, select the “Book Title” column.
Then, input your custom prompt:
Book Quote Prompt:
“Extract the most famous quote from this book and output it in the simplest way. I only need the quote, nothing extra.”
Associated Command: Book Title
Next, we need a platform that supports templated graphic creation. There are many options like Canva, Chuangkit, and Tugasou. Choose one you like, as long as it supports batch data upload.
Let’s use Canva for this demonstration.
Go to the website and pick a template you like.
Let’s break down this template. It has four parts: a book quote, an English translation, the author and book title, and a large book title.
We already have the book title and quote in our table. Now, we need the English translation and the author’s name.
Return to the multi-dimensional table and add the following prompts:
English Translation Prompt:
“Translate this book quote into English in the simplest way. I only need the English translation, nothing extra.”
Associated Command: Book Quote Output
Author Name Prompt:
“Tell me the author of this book in the format ‘—Author.’ I only need the author’s name, nothing extra.”
Associated Command: Book Title
Now, fill in the table with the books you want to feature. Each row will have a dedicated DeepSeek instance to generate the required content.
Return to Canva, click 【Apply】 in the bottom left corner of the template page, and select 【Batch Create】.
Choose 【Manual Data Input】.
Copy the table content into Canva’s table.
After pasting, link each part of the template to the corresponding table content. This ensures the template knows where to place each piece of data.
Right-click on a section of the template, select 【Link Data】, and choose the corresponding field.
Once all sections are linked, click 【Generate】 on the left to batch-create the content.
